The gap

Family offices were built for the ultra-wealthy. The ideas behind them weren't.

~$100M

Net worth where a dedicated single-family office typically starts to make sense.

$50K–$250K

Typical yearly cost of an outsourced or multi-family office for a $10–25M family.

$0

What it costs to start writing things down, meeting on purpose, and teaching your kids.

Most families between $250K and $10M have the same problems as the ultra-wealthy — scattered accounts, unspoken expectations, kids who don't know what's coming, advisors who never talk to each other — but none of the structure. Heirloom Office gives you that structure, without selling you a single financial product.

Our promise

No insurance, no AUM, no commissions.

Much of the “family wealth” world is a funnel for whole-life policies or assets under management. We don't sell either. We make money one way: selling education and templates you can see before you buy.

  • Product-neutral. We never recommend specific investments, policies, or providers.
  • No hidden pay. No commissions, referral kickbacks, or percentage-of-assets fees.
  • Pros where it counts. Our materials tell you when to bring in a licensed attorney, CPA, or advisor — and help you prepare.
  • Your data stays yours. Templates live in your own Notion and Google accounts.

Questions

Frequently asked

Is this financial, legal, or tax advice?

No. Heirloom Office is educational. It helps you organize, communicate, and prepare — then points you to licensed professionals for decisions like drafting a will, setting up a trust, or choosing investments.

We're "only" at $300K. Is this for us?

Yes. The toolkit was designed for families from roughly $250K to $10M in net worth. The habits — writing things down, meeting regularly, teaching the next generation — matter at every level.

Do you sell insurance or manage money?

Never. We don't sell insurance, manage assets, or take commissions. Our only products are the toolkit, course, and (coming soon) membership.

What tools do I need?

A free Notion account and/or Google account. Every template also comes as a printable PDF if you prefer pen and paper at the kitchen table.

How long does setup take?

Most families can complete the asset map and hold their first family meeting within a weekend. The course paces the full system over 30 days.

Does the scorecard save my answers?

No. The scorecard runs entirely in your browser. Nothing is stored or sent.
